Wow. Very good. Yes, I can hear the echo of jack boots as well, and yes, this is just what happened in Germany. A few residents who thought they were better than the “jews” and who hated them, (plus others whom the hated), turned their neighbours in until the grand cleansing of Germany led to the incarceration of citizens of Germany and eventually the gas ovens. Could that happen in the US? In this climate? Yes. Trump has got to go, but who has the balls to get him out? No one in the Republican party, that’s for sure. I sure hope the mid-terms go through, but I’m not sure they will or they will be rigged somehow. And also somehow the future elections will be rigged giving him the “emperor for life” or some such title. Sigh.

Hard to say what will happen. Historian Heather Cox Richardson seems to think the regime is crumbling and moderate Republicans (are there any??) are waking up and dumping Trump. That’s why things are getting more desperate and more dangerous. Power games are at an extreme.

I have heard that one of the Repugs is trying to get an impeachment going, but I don’t know if that’s for sure or “fake” news. Anyway, I hope something happens soon.
I can’t understand in a world of over 6 billion people that one man could hold the whole world hostage. It just doesn’t make sense to me.
