Reminds me that back in the 70s (?) there was this TV show that did this kind of thing. Actors played the roles of famous dead people who would converse on timely topics. I’d love to see this kind of thing back on TV and do away with some of the reality stuff.

I love the keeping of a common book filled with quotations and insights. I submit this one from EA Robinson who was responding to a critic who accused him of seeing the world as a prison house. Robinson wrote: “The world is not a prison house; it is a kind of spiritual kindergarten where millions of bewildered infants are trying to spell GOD with the wrong blocks.”
